What we collect

• Newsletter signup: your email address, the date and time you signed up, the page you signed up from, and that you agreed to receive the newsletter.
• Vendor submissions and corrections: what you type into the form, an optional email address so we can follow up, and the date and time.
• Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam bots. Cloudflare processes technical signals for that check under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

Your email is used only to send Boat Dealer Desk issues and related updates. Submissions are used only to review and update the directory. We do not sell or rent email addresses.

Unsubscribe anytime

Every issue will include an unsubscribe link. You can also ask to be removed, or to have your data deleted, by replying to any issue.

Where it is stored

Signups and submissions are stored in a database on Cloudflare. Newsletter email will be sent through an email delivery provider.

Cookies

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
